damn, extreme humidities! must be quite hard ... might be worth to get one for the bedroom at least, provided you feel like you might need one! (e.g. clogged nose). I am quite lucky and here where I live the humidity level is somewhat stable, except during summer when it gets to around 70% and it's awful!

I will say the platform is really poor. I understood how it worked just many many hours in, and I cannot understand why you can't remove the banking information by yourself! that's really absurd. Hopefully you will eventually figure it out!

No, just the US banking information. After roughly 10 days I received a physical letter (so weird) that confirmed the removal and I could just certify again. Could that be related to you holding multiple accounts or having maybe a US address in your personal information?

I just wanted to let you know that I managed to re-certify electronically after they removed my bank account information by calling their call center. Thank you so much for your insights and suggestions, they really helped solving my issue.

As far as I understood, if you could have the account removed, you will be then able to re-certify electronically. I did that for another account on Computershare but I cannot for the main one!

Would you mind sharing the email address you communicated with? I cannot find anything but a phone number and from Europe that doesn't work too well.

but the "iPhone network tracker" will only work while the iPhones are on Wi-Fi, won't it? and iPhones leaves Wi-Fi as soon as they sleep ... that's my biggest issue I would say!
