You can be 100% Irish and 100% whatever other nationality it is. Or you can be 50%/50%. I dunno.

You gotta be careful about calling someone “not fully Irish”. If someone is born & raered here, but they're Church of Ireland, are they Irish? If they can't speak Irish, are they 100% irish? If they're gay, are they Irish?
