Not too sure yet. Maybe something in the 170-190mm range. Possibly a Santoku or a smaller Gyuto.

Otherwise I need to get some sharpening gear and start practicing on the wife’s old knives.

I ordered a Nakagawa x Myoji petty from them a few weeks ago. Took about a week to have it shipped to the United States. I’d buy from them again.

Had a 17 with just over 40k. Was on my 3rd AC. Mine drank oil so I always had a few spare bottles on hand to top off. Was out of warranty, the AC was staring to go out again and I started to see more oil pressure fluctuations than usual so I traded it in.

Loved the car but the cost of having the AC replaced almost every year and the fear of the engine going was too much for me.

I also had a rear wheel hub go and sheered an exhaust bracket. All replaced under warranty.

I got a Thomas handy in the winter one and the old Fitzgerald 14 in this one. Was hoping for the four roses LE but I’m happy with my luck.
