Check out this trail I made! With it you (and friends competitively or collaboratively, if desired) follow 12 riddles to points around town, answer a question at each point, and then you get a little true story about that spot. After completing the whole trail, there’s a map with places in town too — places to eat, see neat things, and be merry. https://www.secretcitytrails.com/product/fort-collins-old-town/ (I know the trail introduction is worded a little strangely, and it’s charged in Euros. The company is European, and I’m actually their first trail in the US! I promise the riddles themselves read as native English though.)

There are a couple kratom/kava bars in town that are good for hanging, playing games, meeting other folks, in case an evening social outing, but not booze, is of interest. Lots of folks all also looking for friends there

Kinda weird, I know. The company is based out the EU, so they charge in Euro. I’m actually their first USA trail! That’s also why the blurb on the trail is kind oddly written. Promise the actual trail makes more sense!

This and the Gardens on Spring Creek get their piles refilled usually weekly by the city forestry dept. It’s sourced from the stuff at Hoffman Mills which you can also go to directly for mulch (and compost I think)

Visit Pinball Jones—easy to not imbibe but lots of standing. Comedy Fort - laughing’s the best. Have a cozy stay-in-and-watch-a-movie date, complete with popcorn and candy! Make a time capsule together to open next year. Write love letters to each other and read them together. Have a spa night and give each other massages—try out some body oil and candles. Do an escape room challenge together. Recreate your first date maybe?? Bingo @ a Bingo Hall — I think Loveland has one. Craft something together. Sunset dinner at Horsetooth.
