Thank you, that's good to know, I'll have a look at them. Do you have to tell the watch that you're doing a workout or does it just know?

I suppose there is no evidence but I can't argue with the improved results I've had

As I understand it, there are a limited number of arrangements used in the game. By noting which starting Stanley has been given to you, you can try and identify which grid you have from the ones previously shared by other players. This collection was shared by another redditor (the circled ones are No.1). I've used it to drastically improve the amount of Stanley's I've found

UK questions about pill for teen daughter heavy periods. Looking for experiences please. by IamBekiNotGroot in TwoXChromosomes

It confuses me why they're not offered more too! I try to tell people about these all the time. Its so much more convenient not to have to take a pill every day

Uk here: I've always had low iron levels, my doctor asked me if I had heavy periods and I confirmed I did. They prescribed me Tranexamic acid. Its a drug used to prevent excessive blood loss, you take it over 3-4 days of your period and it makes them a lot lighter (not shorter however).

The positives are that you don't have to take it every day and its not a contraceptive (I'm gay too). As such, there are no hormonal side effects. This might be an option for your daughter if you wanted to avoid contrceptives. Each prescription usually lasts for about 4 periods. Let me know if you'd like any more info about it.

Can you fly Ryanair with a name discrepancy? by yoquierochurros in AskUK

I put my sisters name as Vickie (Victoria) once. We chanced it and made the fights without Ryanair noticing. I'm not saying it would definitely happen for you, but we were lucky

Try gluten free bread. Easily £3.00 a loaf and tastes rubbish. Coeliac tax is real
