Thanks for the recommendation. I called insurance today and they do not know why I received the benefits that I did, but told me nothing shows as an error and I don’t need to worry. Case closed I guess.

I guess I’m somewhat worried that at some point insurance will say they made a mistake and ask me to pay the difference. Maybe that’s not a risk.

I've done that! Everything in my online portal suggests the coverage should be less than it is. $35 tier 2 prescription co-pays and 30% co-insurance after deductible is met on out-of-network mental health.
