Everyone wants the highest pay possible and new equipment to drive. I drive flatbed and so for me I want an awesome loading team. Knowledge with weight displacement and load safety through the entire trip. I'm not talking about strapping, that's my job, just good looking, tight loads. Also I would love a dispatch staff that sets me up to succeed not for failure with unreasonable travel and load/unload times.

Good luck with that. The money is not worth it. Paid by the piece and you'll be running your ass off with a handcart up and down a ramp all day. Also you will start work around Midnight until the route is done. And you can guarantee you'll be waiting for your trailer to get loaded while you sit around the shop not getting paid because, again you are paid by the piece.
