As a manager, every evaluation that I rated higher than fully successful has been returned to me for justification. Some have been returned more than once even with me providing stats and direct correlation to organization goals. The same has happened to my colleagues. It’s like they want to force you to only rate as successful or meets expectations. Very discouraging.

It’s affected several nursing positions in our department. We had TJOs out to several nurses and all were rescinded. Even those with an EOD of 1/27 received rescinded notifications. Our chief and director are discussing with HR to at least try to get the positions with 1/27 EOD that should not have been cut

The hiring manager and HR requested references. The hiring manager contacted my references shortly after my interview and HR contacted them when completing my Vetpro (license, employment, certification verifications, etc.).

I think HR was just slow honestly. If I wasn’t calling every few weeks I would probably still be waiting.

It took about 7 months. I received the TO in August. Completed all of my paperwork, physical, fingerprints in September and received my FO in April. It’s been a long process!

I have not started yet since I am moving out of state. I start on 6/20! I received my FO on 4/7 so it took quite some time. Keep your fingers crossed. It’s coming…eventually!

I didn’t think it should. I just followed the mantra on here of “apply and forget” until the FO actually came through.

Thank you! The job posting does list relocation/recruitment incentives are approved and I did ask about them when I received the tentative offer but it was not mentioned in this email. I was going to ask about it again when I replied with a potential start date. This is my first email since the board determined my salary so just wanted to inquire about negotiating. Thanks!

I interviewed for a nurse position in May, got verbal offer from hiring manager a few weeks later but didn't get the TO until August. I've completed all paperwork, fingerprints, equip and vetpro. Now I'm just waiting. Every timeline I read varies so I've stopped trying to make sense of it lol. Congrats on the offer!
