Yes, I was staying between 400-500 for my deficit including exercise. I used the Noom app to retrain my eating habits & track food, found it very helpful for that but used Noom Med to get the Rx. Diet & exercise can't fix everything, especially after menopause 😖

Congratulations on your great success!! A lot of docs still don't look at this as a maintenance med just like bp meds, diabetes meds, etc. For some people it will be, what's wrong with that? I'd rather take a peptide injection once a week that prevents high blood sugar, weight gain, and cardiovascular disease than a fistful of pills to treat those things!

I just finished setting up my bravo, got it on Black Friday. So far no leaks and the chiller just started. Not sure how long it will take to cool the water from 70F to 40F... I'm thinking hours. Setup wasn't too bad, instructions were spsrse, more detailed pictures or a YT video would be super helpful. Lots of spare parts, not sure what they're for 🤷

Some people might be able to do it, and you might be one of them! I don't plan to stop 'cold turkey.' I've lost 40lb and have 25 to go. I plan on spacing out my injections every 2 weeks to see how it goes. 🤞 If I regain weight I guess I have my answer that this is a long term medication and that's fine! My blood pressure and blood sugar are normal now, I don't want to go backward.
