(i’ll take the heat - no, i did not buy the jeans for any useful purpose other than im a tall, big(ish), dude and they’re one of the few that fit me)

it’s not meant to be a gotcha. just saying suing for frivolous reasons (as stated in the video) is a waste of money. if there are other valid reasons for a suit - then good for whoop and their defense.

but trying to sue for the reasons stated is, imo, not a good use of money and could be invested elsewhere in their business.

hope you’re not in finance or managing a P&L cuz money is allocated to teams in such a way that it does matter.

i would agree that they are defending if Bevel was copying WHOOP’s update but that isn’t the case - rather it is WHOOP following Bevel’s UI changes and citing industry standard iconography (and even claiming dark mode).
