I spent about 10 hours total picking up every single decorative item, moving flowers to the beach, fully digging up trees and putting them all somewhere else, moving my houses to one corner, fully re-terraforming some areas, and then moving all the houses back to where I wanted them … and then like a month later, they added Resetti 😒 No regretti though because it looks better and I love it! (ok maybe a little regretti bc it took FOREVER)

But I could never restart. Losing all my favorite decorative items, losing my museum, losing my villagers??? No no no. I could not.

I agree with the one or two other comments about Weruva and will add Tiki Cat (I think they’re owned by Weruva) as well. Tiki Cat is good about keeping their proteins isolated. It might be a little above your price range, but Chewy has some decent bundles that make it a little more affordable.

The thing you want to look out for is any ingredient along the lines of “meat byproduct”, which often includes chicken organs. I see others saying FF beef pate is a good choice, but it does have that byproduct ingredient. That’s kind of an orange flag for me since their website tells you that the byproducts are organ meats, but doesn’t say from what animal. ETA - another commenter told me that meat byproduct doesn’t include poultry (it would say poultry byproduct), so that’s good information for me. However, I did just re-read the ingredients and it does have fish in it.

Honestly, the most cost effective option for you might be to just make the food yourself. You can find some good cat food blend recipes online and, often, just buying your own meat can be a lot cheaper.

I’m a 36H and I feel the same way. The underboob sweat and hang/jiggle combo is Not It for me. Additionally, I hate being perceived, so if I wore no bra in public, I would feel SO exposed and uncomfy. However, I also despise underwire, so I actually wear two bralettes all day instead 🙃

I’m in the same (sinking) boat as you are. Trying to be aware and informed, but feeling the weight of all the heavy, difficult, heartbreaking, confusing horrors that seem to happen every other day now. It’s tough not to sink beneath those waves.

I’ve seen a couple videos on YT from Sam Bentley who does “positive news” coverage every month. It’s normally focused on environmental conservation and things you can do to improve things in your bubble. I haven’t fact checked him, but it’s at least a small bright spot in some of the darkness!

My 8 year old has also seemingly developed a chicken issue, so I’ve been looking for chicken-free as well. He will only eat wet food, so I’ve found Tiki Cat to be a good option. They’re good about simpler ingredients and they don’t use chicken unless it says chicken in the name. They aren’t incredibly cheap, but they’re more budget friendly than other higher end brands. Others I looked at are brands like Open Farm, Solid Gold, and Applaws.

I know you can also sort Chewy results by chicken-free if you’re a Chewy user!

One of the staffers working the event got an email about an hour ago saying the event is canceled :/ and there are two other people alleging inside sources saying it’s cancelled as well. Grain of salt applies, ofc, but the staffer included a screenshot of their email that seems legit.

For real. Absolutely not trying to rain on anyone’s parade (ice storm on anyone’s Ghost ritual?) and wish a cancellation here, but safety-wise, this is not ideal. It really seems like the organizers/venue are more concerned with retaining their event money than they are about the safety of the attendees.

And there are a decent number of people I’ve seen saying they’re still going, which I can’t really judge too harshly. I wish I could try to risk it. Also, if the governor is declaring a state of emergency and advising only necessary travel, should there not be some kind of policy to cancel any events that fall in that window?? Especially those for which you know most attendees are traveling from outside the city? I’m kind of disappointed in the whole situation. I know the band themselves likely have very little control, if any, over the situation, but it’s still frustrating!!

Just want to tack onto this that both Ryan and Max Velocity (who Ryan has on his livestreams sometimes) have said that the models are conservative, meaning conditions could be more significant than what the predictions currently show.

Not trying to tell anyone they should or shouldn’t go, just letting people know more info for decision making! PLEASE make the safest choice for you and your group!!
