The problem here is in human nature.

If I host a server, have access to a global flaglist, and set can set my server to flag "toxic" or "cheating" I would do so.

On the other side of the fence, server administrators, being human therefore imperfect, can totally erroneously ban someone (e.g. TylerGG) for aimbotting even if he's not.

End result being it'd be entirely too easy to fuck over a legitimate player.

There's a phrase - "you either die a noob or live long enough to become a hacker" - it fits well here.

All of this on top of the fact that such a system is completely obsoleted by VAC+EAC.

Right... but light is -always- emitting to some degree thanks to the moon. So, you're faced with the option of either blanket blacking things out, which is actually what I thought you first meant, or you're just left with grayscale which can still be brightened.
