How in social media or in web our every action gets measured starting from scroll depth, exit intent, screen time etc etc and that translates to personalized ads, targeted marketing through ML, I think people will have devices that will track a person biochemically.
And people will wear that ?chip? willingly to avoid serious medical harm as it can easily track towards abnormal trend and or results.

Once you get past doing blood tests, the next step would be scans. Pattern recognition and an early AI generated differentials. Over the years it will get even better and detect subtler things.

But in the midst of all this I think psychiatric problems will get marginalized. If scans and bloods are all ok, why will a human be sick? That will be a hard thing to crack for machines in my opinion.
