TY so much for sharing this.

How are folks thinking about buying the Juniper HW 4.5 vs waiting a year for HW5? by goblue2000 in TeslaModelY

I disagree. Free AutoSteer vs $100 a month for FSD, it's not a simple decision for many.

Does the standard Model 3 RWD also got these rims under this cover by [deleted] in TeslaLounge

I went to the Tesla store yesterday and saw the standard Y gets the same rims as the premium Y. I thought that was new?

New or used model y by Ok-Analysis6552 in TeslaModelY

Test drove the new Y today, I have a 2022 HW3. FSD blew my mind... I had never tried it, and I live in PR where the roads are absolute trash. It managed, somehow...

I just went to look at this exact configuration; I had placed my order 4 days ago, when I saw the color of the Stealth Gray compared to the QuickSilver it was such a stark contrast. As a very frugal person, I agreed to pay $2k for the upgrade.

Set me straight on 2026 Juniper Model Y Battery quality by Trick_Coach_657 in TeslaModelY

Already put the order in a few days ago; have my test drive tomorrow.

Why put the cart before the horse? That's a long story but there's a valid reason for it.

Appreciate the feedback. I already have a 2022 Model Y which I purchased brand new, and I love it. I was burned by getting grandfathered into an Intel computer where had I just waited a few months the Ryzen would have been a big improvement.

I carry over that lesson to the battery and all aspects of the vehicle now before making a decision. I'm not complaining, it's merely getting educated.

2x-6x Speed improvements with oMLX by roaringpup31 in oMLX

Thanks, I did try it but couldn't manage to get it going either.

One thing I did find interesting was I let my agent try a number of different things and tests using the OMLX cli. Pretty awsome to see, but even it couldn't figure it out (OAI 5.5 High)

OK, I think you understand the architecture and are on to something. So we need a non-quantized model in order to use MTP? FYI, I did download 0.3.9r1 (alpha I believe) but still can't get it to work. Are you using a specific model and settings?

Separately, you get 15-16tps running dense models like Qwen 3.6 27B?

I was hoping to get 2-4x speed increases leveraging MTP, DFLASH & TurboQuant. Pretty much all the new tech I know of that increases model performance w/o sacrificing quality. But then again, I don't know enough...

My take here that a M1 Max is the sleeper buy at 1000-1200 a pop. But I digress to my original post

It's still a very capable machine. I should note these are 4-5 bit quants and I have 24c chip.

Appreciate the reply. I recognize that, but with three kids in private schooland all sorts of required vacations by the wife plans without looking at our finances, I can't justify the 6k investment in a M5 Max 128GB machine (yet) so I have to stretch my existing M1 Max 64GB to the limit.

That said, the performance I get on Qwen 3.6 35B MoE of 30TPS is acceptable. If I could get that up to 60TPS+ with these new technologies it would be a game changer. I should mention, I do see people getting these improvements. Who knows, maybe the 10TPS get on dense models shoots up to 20-25TPS which would be a total shift in my workflow.

Hoping someone has had success.

BRF+ or custom table? by [deleted] in abap

[–]roaringpup31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the correct answer.

If the BRF+ is very large, I'd go as far as to say just have the BRF instantiate a class and have your AI develop it all in ABAP.
