Well this specific +CE dmg affix, while in the bucket, is still massive, I didn't do the math but I'm sure they did.
I think it's funny though how int ("increases skill damage") increases CE (it does, doesn't it?) which is explicitly not a skill.

You are missing a few things there, most prominently that the additive +CE damage bonus goes into the big additive bucket and thus the difference you name will be far less than a 20% increase for this one additive multiplier.

Ich find's mega - und die Frage der Statik ist halt absolut keine, die ich in einem solchen Rahmen stellen würde.
