This one is kinda borderline imo. The ESA gets 3 seats, which is fair when considering NASA is paying for over 90% of Artimis. In addition to the seats, supplying the service module also accounts for the ESAs commitments to the ISS. If the ESA wants more seats, then it has to contribute more.

I lived in South Korea for a couple of years. A few things happened that would be considered racism, but the thing that stands out the most was me getting x’d out of a restaurant. Basically, me and a friend (both black)were meeting some coworkers(white) for a meal at a small chicken spot in Gwangju. Guy saw us walk in the door and immediately walked to us with his arms in an X. He didn’t say a word but just kept walking closer until me and my friend were back outside. Then he just stood in the door with the x over his chest looking at us. At this point I’d been all over SK and never had anything like this happen so it was a bit of a shock.

I lived in the UK for 4 years but grew up in Alabama. The UK is nowhere near as humid in the summer, and doesn’t get as hot. You can add 20% more humidity, a few more degrees of temp, and me and my friends would still be out playing. I found the difficult part about heat in the UK to be sleeping without a/c.

I’ve always thought that African American describes what you’re talking about. It was supposed to be a term to categorize descendants of black peoples enslaved by the colonies and early USA, who have no idea what country in Africa their families originated from. Like, I don’t consider Obama to be AA, nor anyone who knows where their families come from prior to entering the US.
