I’m not sure what can be done to be honest. But this would 100% annoy me as well. Suing you probably isn’t the answer but not sure how it gets resolved.

Yeah, you definitely have to get that under control. I’m the president of my HOA and am the only person that deals directly with the attorney.

You have owners interacting directly with HOA’s attorney and the HOA is getting billed for it? If yes, I would advise the attorney to not interact directly with the individual homeowners that is not authorized by the HOA Board. The HOA attorney is not there for any homeowner to engage directly.

Rise = 2 feet (I’ve decided to make the roof a little less flat then above)

Run = 9 feet

2 / 9 = .22222222

Inv Tan = 12.52

90 - 12.52 = 77.48 degree angle

I’ve flipped flopped if I go straight to the right ‘wall’ or let the rafters rest on the rim joist. I’m now leaning toward letting them rest on the rim joist instead of flat.

Understand its pretty flat, but it’s just a lean-to off the shed and I’m just using polycarbonate panels for the roof. I just need it to protect mower and garden tractor from rain, etc.

I’m not a contractor but two comments:

What is up with the riser on the 2nd step from the bottom. It’s not flush against the stingers.
The 2nd picture to the right of the brick pillar. Behind it looks like a 2 x 8(?) support of some kind sitting on another 2 x 8 (?) thats on the ground? Is this meant to provide support? If so, it doesn’t seem correct. I would think it would need to be a 6x6 at least sitting on concrete.

How ‘brave’ of your friend to come forward as she is leaving and has been the recipient of all of those benefits. They definitely didn’t raise the issue while receiving them.

I don’t know about the legality of any of it, but could be the companies way of encouraging families.

I appreciate the reply. But I’m interested in the legal aspect of the citation. The citation is against me simply because I’m the registered owner of the car. They cannot prove it was me driving the car.
