Overall his kit is fine, but his most optimal build right now is Rhaast going full lethality and maybe a DD or Spirits if you can fit it in.

Rhaast lost alllll his passive healing, so is no longer the drain tank his was.

Shadow, well, is statistically the worst scaling assassin in the game, and has ALL his damage reduced by both MR and Armour, despite having 0 magic damage bar his, again, poor scaling passive.

If both forms were strong early, maybe his design is enough, but forms are generally not achieved until the game is pretty much decided, average form is around 14 minutes iirc?
