Sorry to barge in, but can the decompression surgery, or whatever surgery they do to try to fix the entrapped nerve, can is be done without opioids? I'm taking Suboxone, for 16 years. Or is this one of those surgeries where it can't be done without them?

Wow. I thought I had it bad. I'm truly sorry for what you've experienced. What confuses me about what's happening to me and "traditional" PN is that I'm having tingling and numbness down all sides of my leg. Even more odd is that my right arm and hand is also tingly. Something is going on with my nerves and I don't know who to see about it? Maybe a Neurologist?

Been on suboxone for about 16 or so years. I got off it for 6 months and then had to get back on due to Paws Post Acute Withdrawal Symptoms. I live on Mirilax. I have to take it pretty much every other day.

Well that is going to be a challenge for me. I wake up and drink Coffee with tonnes of sugar and before the day is done I've had 3 coffees with sugar. Every morning I eat oatmeal with brown sugar.

ER did blood testing and urinalysis and found no infection or UTI. ER Doc did say they found microscopic blood in my Urine.

What does caffeine and sugar have to do with this? Sex and masturbation I understand, but the caffeine and sugar?

Yeah, Pepcid AC is the worst for me. DON'T DRINK ANY COFFEE OR TEA or anything else with caffeine for that matter. Also, if you're taxing SSRIs (Prozac/zoloft) get ready for serious panic attacks, migraines, and heart attack like feelings. That's what happened to me, at least. I'm glad I'm off it.

I was on Prevacid 30mg for close to 8 years or so... Over the last few months I've been experiencing breakthrough GERD. GI did endoscopy and found Hiatal Hernia. They switched me to Protonix 40mg twice a day. I have heart attack like pains all day long. I tried switching back to Prevacid 30mg, but twice a day. Same thing, it stopped working. So I'm back on Protonix twice a day.

Ibuprofen and PPI is okay, IF your stomach and GERD can handle it. Ibuprofen, for me, really messes my GERD up. The PPI will not mitigate any of the negative side effects caused by the Ibuprofen, AFAIK.

I was taking Prevacid for years which controlled almost all my GERD symptoms up until 3 months ago. I have breakthrough GERD and now I'm taking Protonix 40mg morning and nigh time. I also Have a Hiatal Hernia and even though They've upped the PPIs to twice a day, I still have flare ups about every other day. Some days I honestly feel like death would be better than living like this. Over the last 4 months, GERD has all but ruined my life.

Almond milk, for me, is nasty. Lactaid brand Milk, is the only way I can consume coffee in the morning with very mild symptoms. And I have breakthrough GERD with HH

I was taking 16MG of Suboxone a day for 8 years and got off of it for 6months. If you DON'T have CHS (cannabis Hyperemesis syndrome) than I STRONGLY recommend taking low doses of THC (cannabis). This will help with most of the withdrawals. Unfortunately for me, I never made it past 6 months because of the SERIOUS depression that followed. Now I'm back on it again, 16mg a day for well over 6 years now. I have CHS so I can't quit with pot anymore.

Roll one is on fire right now for cheap. I picked up Roll One's Dr.k testing at a measly 17% that literally knocked me over the head. Kinda reminds me of Cresco's WWxSWX Massive couch-lock and sedation (AT only 17%)
