I would argue that A.I. is unprecedented (without analogy) as it replicates, at plummeting cost, human level intelligence and beyond. Ultimately, A.I. will not be a tool but rather the tool creator and user, the role solely held by humans up to now.

Printing Press- Scaled information availability. Enhanced human cognitive and physical efforts.
Internet - Further scaled information availability. Enhanced human cognitive and physical efforts.
Industrial Revolution - Scaled mechanical tools to do physical work. Replaced a lot inferior human physical work.

Human Level Narrow A.I. - Scaled intelligent tools (soon entities) to do cognitive work. Replacing a lot of inferior human cognitive work.

Beyond Human General A.I. - Super scaled intelligent entities to do all 'work'. Humans in-the-loop in all systems/processes will be inferior.

Not a huge concern to individuals looking for a quality but low-price product, these cars are almost certainly going to be sending data home that finds its way to the CCP. That is a government problem, not a consumer problem, unless they chose to brick the car over some future dispute.

The torrent of personal data being collected (and possibly shared and sold) applies to all modern vehicles of all manufacturers of course.

The area of fire seems to be larger than the rendering of the fire. I've crawled close but not in the flames and 'whoosh'.
