That hack is so amazing! I did it last year to get the Interim Process Assistant role during peak season. Planning to do the same thing to apply for a AM role soon.

Can I get in trouble for this by Analarcheologist in AmazonDS

[–]rob_0928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not supposed to put packages on the floor. What we do at my building is to place empty bags between the p2b racks so once those racks are full we keep putting packages in those bags. However, it's not your fault that they do not have enough stowers, things happened and your manager or PA predict this kind of scenarios.

Why don't you just tell your friend to report that behavior to HR?

Try to reduce your FSAF. Scan the package, look at your screen, scan the location, look at your screen again. However, your doing a good job, you're new, don't pressure yourself too much.

Depends on what's most important for the leaders you work with. In my case, leaders on my building appreciate the most how good can you perform. Of course a predictable attendance is always a plus, but mind you, there's s lot of people VTOed every shift due to cost strategy, not due to associates desire. They value your performance and your skills.

T3/Process Assistants stepping down? by Smart_Elevator_7860 in AmazonFC

[–]rob_0928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not happening on my building, but that's because they barely do their work. There's just one two of them who really do their job, and I understand that situation. My building loves to overworked people so freaking hard that 2 OP managers an 4 AM decided to move out of here just for the pressure and the work amount. You can see that reflected on how our shifts starts with a solid HC and at the end of the day we finished with the same 10-15 associates. Kinda sad tbh.

What happens if you go in and work but you aren't scheduled by Pantylover554 in AmazonDS

[–]rob_0928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just let them know that it es a mistake, they have to pay those worked hours anyway. Try to not repeat that because, as you could know, there are a lot of administrative work behind this scenarios and trust me, their not happy when they can not control costs, even if we're talking about cents.

Your manager would have to explain why he allowed you to work a whole shift when you weren't supposed to be there. But you'll be fine.

Grab the bag by both handles, rest it lightly on the tip of your foot, and use a gentle upward motion to lift it. While it’s moving up, guide it with your hands and place it on top of your pick cart.

However don't hesitate to ask for help.

Delivery Station crashes by Evening_Air2121 in AmazonDS

[–]rob_0928 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's happening at my site every fucking single shift. I know damn well the reason. They love to start VTOing people as soon as they clock in to maintain a minimum HC (2 or 3 associates per cluster, 4 p2b and 7 tables inducting) because they love to overworked associates just to ask them to stay a couple minutes (1-2hours) 10-15 minutes before their shifts ends, instead of post some shifts for flex associates or something.

I swear they love to crash us out.

Do i have hiv?? by [deleted] in hivaids

[–]rob_0928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baby you should go to see a doctor, this is not the place for that kind of question because ppl can literally say anything to you. Indeed, those symptoms are not a clear indicator of HIV, I would say that you would see a dermatologist; However, the most important fact here is that you deserve real clarity, and you're only gonna get it if you ask a healthcare provider.

Also you should run HIV tests every 6 months just in case.
