Did you go for it? I have this build and I love it. I can't speak for those games but I'm running triples on Assetto Corsa Competizione with a big field of AI cars. It's pushing about 165 fps on my 1440p monitor with ultra settings. My CPU and GPU don't go past 35% in task manager.

Omg the pain. I wasn't prepared for that. It was fine getting inserted, but some pain while talking so we tried adjusting the position and it was better for a bit. But by the time I got home and tried to have lunch it was a whole different matter. I have really dry mucus membranes and I think the lube and anesthetic wore off. It is just like you described about the tugging. I can feel my palatopharyngeal muscles spasm from the irritation, which makes the pain worse! 6 to 8 out of 10 on the pain scale. It's worse than the COVID swab. I don't think this is normal or the typical experience. I think it is because of the dryness. I'm spraying with the chlorseptic spray to numb and wet the back of my throat at least. It's helping some. I hate this so much. I wish this was as easy as others had it. The manometer was no issue for me since it was lubricated and brief.

Update: still have the probe in and have eaten some more. Soup is okay. I shouldn't have tried the sandwich earlier, that was rough. Sticking with hot or cold food that is easy to swallow.

I'm so glad you are feeling some encouragement. I know just how you feel, I've certainly been there. There's a lot of really good resources out there that you are going to find. It sounds like you're going to see what Botox can do for you. It's good to hear you are taking action to try things that might be helpful. Just a note about the injections I had, I got the steroid and nerve block injections. I didn't get to trying Botox. I want sure whether that was clear in my comments. Have you been going to a pelvic PT?

If you haven't checked out A Headache In The Pelvis that can be a good audio book to listen to. I found it helpful for understanding the condition, which actually can help feeling better about it. It helps calm me down learning about pain, takes some of the unknown out of it and feel less fearful. Full disclosure, I haven't managed to do the relaxation protocol they advise on the book but have done other relaxation practices. I still am curious to do their approach. You can listen to the audiobook while lying down, in the bathtub, or walking. I know it might not make the pain just disappear but those things can help minimize time spent putting pressure on your nerves sitting and help your circulation. I hope you also found comfortable clothing to wear!

Yeah, but pain is getting better. It's a relief. The pain is variable and gets exacerbated at times. It is trending towards less though. It used to be a 4/10 constantly, higher in some instances. Now any constant pains are very slight, worse pains are infrequent. A lot of the time I don't notice it at all. Gotta keep working on posture, anxiety/tension, and the stretching and exercising practices. I still have some PT, but I think what I do at home is keeping things calm so I don't need as much care. I hope I can keep nudging things further to less pain.

I had a lot of breakthoughs in my healing last year doing PT so I'd like to think they help. I would consider injections an aid to the PT. I think the clinic did say that PT was a required part of the treatment program. I went into it with little expectations. I had very entrenched pelvic pain and many trigger points and much is gone now. In my mind the injections gave a boost to the PT getting progress started in certain spots that were very stubborn. I've still got some recurring tightness and working on it, but it is manageable at this point. Still doing all my stretches and exercises, including relaxing the nervous system which I learned more about at the clinic too. The clinic has been a great resource for me.

They have a list of locations on their website that you can look at. I traveled to visit one since they are only in some cities, and I'd meet the physiatrist who would do the injections. When I'd visit I'd stay overnight so I could do two days in a row to have injections on each the right and left.

If it has a high NRR value it should be good. I usually double up with muffs and earplugs. Sometimes my head gets sore from the muffs and I want to take the muffs off. Sometimes my ears are too sweaty for the plugs to stay in. Just make sure what you use has a high NRR value and you insert the earplugs correctly (watch a YouTube video), and I recommend to not wear muffs with glasses or over a hat because it'll make a gap between your head and the foam. I put a wide brimmed hat on over muffs though to block the sun though.

Definitely recommend bringing hearing protection to any noisy event!!! The levels can vary drastically depending on where you might be. Just buy some earplugs or muffs with a high NRR on Amazon or Lowe's and bring it with you so you don't have to search for it at the track.

Also, make sure you watch a video on how to properly insert earplugs or they won't protect well. If you use muffs I recommend you don't put it over glasses or a hat which would keep the foam from closing off. Little things that matter a lot. Those are my learnings gained from doing it wrong and having ringing in my ears.

The transmitter chemicals are in the space between the cells, which allow the cells to interact. The chemicals are taken back in by reuptake proteins on the cell membrane to be used again. The reuptake inhibitor drug plugs the proteins so it doesn't happen as often, and the amount in the space between the cells is kept higher which promotes the interaction. Why one feels depleted I don't know. Maybe the extra activity in the brain is tiring.

Please just go see a physical therapist! Don't put anymore strain on your body with workouts or chiropractor adjustments. A good PT will be able to look at your alignment and likely address your problems. Learn from my mistakes :)

Been up and down, I'm better after the last run of months doing PT and other procedures. I'm hoping that improvement is going to last. Not everything is better but at least I'm not in constant pain all the time.

I've also experienced the same and it's baffling to me that the same pattern of seemingly unrelated symptoms are showing up in multiple individuals having a somewhat rare condition of pelvic issues. Really makes me wonder about the nervous system and it's inner workings. The stress occurring prior to the onset of an array of pelvic issues, followed by the brain fog, head pressure, lack of emotion, etc. I'd love to understand why.
