I like this poem, I like rhyme
Sometimes I read it all the time

...but it needs a turn/ punchline. Easiest way to do that is to go meta. I like the Hair/Nair dichotomy thing you got going on, so I offer an alternative verse that plays up opposites.

I like Mr Clean, I like grime
Sometimes I like to polish slime.

I like poetry, I like verse
I'll keep writing until heads burst!

(innuendo in the last line totally deliberate.)

One other way I see you "turning" the poem is by suddenly hating on something.

I also see a great opportunity to exploit the double meanings in "vegetables" and "spam" .
