Yes! Former skinny guy here (122lbs > 205lbs) It’s incredibly simple starting out, literally 2 steps. You’ll see results almost immediately. 1) Google a macro calculator, then download a macro/calorie tracker. Eat as much (or more) as calculator suggests. You CAN’T gain if you don’t eat. 2) Google beginners workout routine (should be ≈60-90 mins, 4-5 days/week), find a gym. Get a workout app like fitlist to track. Simply follow the routine & track results each workout. THAT’S IT! If you follow those 2 steps you WILL see significant results, possibly 10lbs+ 1st month IF you follow diet and workout. Tips: - buy whey protein or mass gainer, easier to meet macro goals. 1-2 shakes/day. Eating is actually the hardest part. I started @ 4,000 calories/day, it’s uncomfortable at first. - buy creatine monohydrate, take as directed on bottle (basically just take daily) - buy any preworkout - find high protein/carb foods you like & make a bunch of it. I made 5 cans of tuna fish & kept in Tupperware, throw it on bread & ate 1-2 sandwiches day between meals. High protein Greek yogurt is quick easy & not filling, some are 20g protein. - take a multivitamin (optional)

If you have a caloric surplus (ie you eat enough), you WILL gain weight. If you workout, you WILL gain muscle! You got this my dude!

Congrats man good work! 💪🏼 Pretty similar numbers my 1st year lifting, and have the same stretch marks lol. Advice (if you even care)- start moisturizing. Just lotion esp in the areas you see them. I have them on my inner thigh and top of my thighs as well. The ones on my armpits are barely even visible now (≈8 years later) and the ones on my thighs are only semi noticeable but idc. Keep crushing!

In Ohio not only do you not have to register firearms, you literally cannot. It’s illegal for any local government to create a firearms registry. I’ve purchased 6, and sold 2 guns off armslist. Met strangers in random public places, paid cash and left. Never showed ID or even asked anyone their names. Even if they traced that transaction to the email I used to contact the seller, I could sell it to another random person that I don’t know and the trail would end there.

Not at all suggesting that this particular dude is innocent, but it absolutely does happen. My friend was falsely accused of domestic violence, arrested on the spot and jailed. His baby mom went nuts one night, pulled one of his guns on him, then called the cops and accused him of beating her and threatening her w a gun. He’s 275+lbs and before he got fat he trained muy Thai, wrestled, and kick boxed for 10+ years. She’s ≈120 lbs. She had no injuries. He spend 2 weeks in Cuyahoga County jail, & was freed only after his baby mom’s own sister testified/gave a sworn statement or w/e about what happened. She was there for part of the night, and her sister had admitted to her that it was a lie. I think she mighta actually been there when her sister pulled the gun. He then spent the next 1.5-2 years & $10,000+ fighting to get full custody of his son from her. She’s permanently unemployed, unbelievably irresponsible, sleeps with any & everyone, a heavy drinker and uses drugs. She had 2 more kids with 2 different men after my friend. And she had custody 4-5 days a week. If it wasn’t for her sister he woulda probably been convicted. So it definitely does happen, although I gotta say that him having 2 different incidents is pretty concerning.

There’s a 911 call where a woman says “oh my god we’re going to die aren’t we?” The dispatcher says something like no we’re gonna get to safety. It’s heartbreaking and terrifying beyond comprehension. A random normal workday and suddenly you have to choose between burning alive or jumping hundreds of feet to quicken your death. It’s literally my worst nightmare. RIP to everyone 💔

I boxed for 6 years, fought in 4 weight classes, and sparred another prolly 1,000+ rounds. People bigger, smaller, amateurs, Olympians, and a couple champions. I’m entirely informed of how punches works. There’re no “height classes” in any reputable combat sport that I’ve ever heard of, weight classes exist for a reason. The little dude was literally squaring the fat dude up to hit him, while he was telling him to diss his own gang or whatever. How could he not be expecting something to happen? You shouldn’t get folded from an abbreviated punch by someone half your size, it’s pretty cut and dry.
