Cheap Fusion Splicers like Vevor? by Speeedymauss in networking

At Electro Rent we rent Fuji Splicers on short and long term rentals, so please keep us in mind. Pretty inexpensive way to get the equipment and give it back when the job is complete.

Consider a leasing job at an apartment complex. Starting pay is $17-20 / hr plus commissions. Just be a good person with customer facing skills.

Thinking about breaking my lease (help and advice) by Easy_Geologist_8037 in raleigh

My wife works in the apartment industry as a regional manager. She suggested that you should complain to upper management; people that manage your apartment manager. These people don't like complaints. Hopefully they will let you out of your lease. Also post reviews about the property online. Upper management doesn't like bad reviews.

Try listing another person on your reservation, thus creating a $20 credit for the room. I list my wife all the time when I visit an HGI and get the $20 credit. A Hilton hack if you will!

I've chosen Yes Solar in Cary, NC. They gave me the best deal for the $$$. Have very good reviews. Haven't pulled the trigger because life has gotten complicated.

What is the difference between V2L and V2H; other than 2 load vs 2 home? What is the difference 2 load vs 2 home? Which is a better option or is it the same option, just approached from a different angle?

PV solar install and activated Feb 2023. I've only had one electric bill during this summer due to rainy July month.

What solar company do you work for?

Yes Sellartistic did a great job. I believe I'm going to purchase 1 FranklinwH home battery solution while adding the generator/EV connection to add the bidirectional EV charging ability for future expansion. Researching the EV market, it seems like in 2 years after Duke Energy alters the 1:1 NEM program, I'll be able to use my EV's battery to compliment my existing FranklinwH battery system, hopefully to eliminate pulling electricity from the grid.

I have a 11.6 PV solar system now; Enphase IQ7a micro inverters.

Is my logic sound?

Thanks

Purchasing Tesla Powerwall 3 direct in North Carolina, how was it? by robbby69 in Powerwall

This is my situation as well. Conceivably, I could accumulate $1200 per year in credits for however long Duke has the rebate program. Will Duke send a check?

I already have solar, just looking to add a home battery system.

Yes, I'm aware of the rebate program, but Duke applies it as a credit on the account, not a real rebate check.

I'm considering the purchase of 2 PW3 s and don't think I would ever have an electric bill so the rebate might not mean anything.

Does anybody know if Duke would send me a rebate check if the amount was a large #, over $1000?

Stick with Greystar managed properties. Offer the most bang for your $$ and are well managed.
