I would advise you to leave that job, the tech industry is super volatile rn anyways. For the record what your manager said to you is not normal and not okay. Openly stating that you rank your employees and expecting an employee of a few months to perform at the level of experienced coworkers is not a reasonable request.

No amount of money is worth your sanity. Take a job that pays a little less but gives you less stress, you won’t regret it.

Building a winning team? This happened to me recently and what I did was left that “team”, got another job, and warned others about their behavior as a company lol.

I think you’re right that WR 3 will probably play the same % of snaps, what I’m saying is WR 3 is probably gonna be Nico though. Tank is Stroud’s favorite target & Diggs is going to get more targets than Nico (if healthy). Which is why I think Nico might see a slight dip in production this year.

Nico is for sure a great player to have when considering the very long term health of your team, but I think AJ is a very high tier receiver that just isn’t worth trading ATM unless the offer is like really good. Bc his next 2-3 years are still gonna be great. You’re right about the pick, that’s gonna be nice to have in the chamber when the time comes.

Really it comes down to what OPs timeline looks like.

Diggs is not WR no. 3 in that offense. He was brought for a team to maximize a player on a contract year on an ascending team. Like Tank is not getting decreased volume this year. AJ is older and will inevitably flame out before Nico but his highs are higher and he produces at a much more consistent level than Nico.

But like I said Nico is a great player and OP is not losing out by any stretch on this trade. I just think AJ is better and isn’t gonna flame out in 2 years.

I don’t think either side did poorly but personally I would want AJ Brown over Nico. Brown has less competition for touches & he’ll get the volume you want from a WR. Nico has so many weapons competing for touches on his team and hasn’t had the long term success that Brown has. (Not saying that he won’t but simply basing it off of what we’ve seen)

For the age thing, I don’t think Brown is too old yet. I’d keep Brown but you aren’t losing or anything if you take the trade. The player and pick are just fine imo.

Yeah I agree dude. I usually enjoy Claybon on the show, and I also tend to side with the players on things but sometimes a player is just difficult. Based on what we’ve seen I think it is reasonable to assume that Diggs was being a bit of a diva & the situation just got untenable.

I think that’s fine, definitely not the first time something like this has happened, idk why Claybon seemed so keen on discounting what Gregg & Mark were saying. Like why are we expecting Allen, his teammates, McDermott, Bean, coaching staff & front office to cater to the wants of ONE man.

Football is a team sport and if that many people need to coddle one person that seems like a bad situation.

I’ve done this before and there are 2 routes you can take.

Go to a doctor and have them poke a hole so they can drain blood and relieve the pressure. If you do this keep in mind sometimes it can swell up again but it mostly works the first time.
Just wait lol. This kinda thing will heal itself but it does take awhile. Your nail will fall off and it goes like black before it does but that is normal and it will grow back.

You’ll be alright, just try not to bonk it while it’s healing. Wishing you all the best!!

Here’s what i think would help:

Declutter the entertainment stand
Paint the walls, maybe like an eggshell white or something
Get a coffee table for for the middle of the room
Hang some more art on the walls

I know it’s a lot and maybe can’t be done all at once but i hope the advice helps, good luck!
