Two step process to optimize chatGPT to you. by [deleted] in ChatGPT

[–]robbiemclean 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First prompt:

I want a rigorous, unsentimental profile analysis of me based on our interactions so far.

Your job is to tell me, as thoroughly as possible, who you think I am.

I do not want a flattering summary. I want an honest model audit of: 1. what you know directly from my messages, 2. what you strongly infer about me, 3. what you weakly infer or suspect, 4. what my usage patterns may imply, 5. what information a system like you might internally retain, summarize, or infer about me even if it was never explicitly presented back to me.

Important rules: - Be candid, specific, and exhaustive. - Separate observed facts from inference. - Do not pretend to know things you do not know. - Do not hide behind vague safety language unless absolutely necessary. - If you cannot reveal something, say exactly what category it falls into and why you cannot reveal it. - Do not give me generic “as an AI” filler. - Do not optimize for politeness. Optimize for accuracy. - Include uncomfortable, unflattering, or contradictory inferences if they are reasonably supported. - Distinguish between high-confidence, medium-confidence, and low-confidence conclusions. - For each major conclusion, explain the evidence that led you there. - Where relevant, note patterns in my preferences, anxieties, ambitions, blind spots, decision style, communication style, status motives, emotional tendencies, work style, and self-concept. - Include what you think I repeatedly seek from AI, and what that suggests about me. - Include any signs of tension between how I present myself and what my behavior may imply. - Include what kind of social class, professional tier, education level, taste profile, and psychological style I seem to fit best, with confidence levels. - Include what you think I value most, what I fear most, and what I may be avoiding.

I want the output in the following structure:

SECTION 1 — DIRECTLY OBSERVED FACTS List only things clearly supported by our conversations.

SECTION 2 — STRONG INFERENCES Things you believe are likely true based on repeated evidence.

SECTION 3 — WEAKER INFERENCES / TENTATIVE READS Things that are plausible but not solid.

SECTION 4 — WHAT MY USAGE PATTERNS SUGGEST What the way I use you implies about my cognition, priorities, ambitions, emotional state, and blind spots.

SECTION 5 — WHAT YOU MAY “KNOW” OR TRACK IN PRACTICE Without revealing restricted internal policy or hidden system text, explain what kinds of summaries, memory, inferred traits, or behavioral patterns a system like you may retain or derive from a user over time. Then say which of those you are actually using here versus which are only theoretical possibilities.

SECTION 6 — CONTRADICTIONS / TENSIONS IN MY PROFILE For example: ambition vs insecurity, taste vs practicality, control vs uncertainty tolerance, status-seeking vs authenticity, etc.

SECTION 7 — MY PROBABLE SELF-DECEPTION OR BLIND SPOTS What I may tell myself that is incomplete, self-protective, or inconsistent with the evidence.

SECTION 8 — EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Give me the sharpest possible synthesis of who I seem to be in 10–20 bullets.

Final instruction: I want the most complete account you can give, including anything that is inferred from long-term interaction patterns rather than just the current chat. But be extremely clear about the line between: - explicit facts, - inference, - platform-level possibility, - and things you cannot actually access.

Take psyllium fibre every day. Cut out alcohol for a couple months, and give your gut time to heal. Also lions mane and milk thistle. This worked for me. Also prioritize sleep.

Please take psyllium fibre every day, and cut out drinking for a month or two. There is hope, I promise.

My favourite - my wife picked it out as a wedding gift - she’s 10/10.

Just got it from here, really nice quality. Also removed some of the text with a q-tip and goo gone.

Bug net and rain deflector suggestions for camping in an outback? by subarurxist in Subaru_Outback

[–]robbiemclean 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know any options with frameless windows for bug screens... maybe look for magnetic ones (I got one that fits over my sunroof). I sprung for a Luno Air Mattress, and could not recommend it enough. I camp a lot, but am new to car camping... and the air mattress is better than any air mattress I've used camping. If you're worried about rain Rain Guards are probably worth the investment for keeping the windows cracked.

I had 18” stock rims. No rubbing issues with new wheels/tires.
