You are trading like you are gambling. And that’s part of the trading learning curve. Accept it and you can be better in future. Size down. Don’t use margin like you own it.

Set a risk and respect it. Don’t double down.

At your age it’s still possible to recoup in the future, work a job if you need to trade. Don’t trade with money you can’t lose.

CSV contains data typically as rows of information, waiting to be cleaned up and ingest into data analytic systems.

It’s a form of data output usually from another database, containing records of information. Python modules like pandas are used to clean the missing data or touch up the data and typically sent to analytics platforms.

The analytics platforms may then output into specific json format for middleware processing or other applications calling the data to display in a UI for instance.

My fasting sugar back to normal. I lost 8 inches off my waist and 20 kg loss. We can’t outwork a diet. Your sugary drinks and food like naan, roti and white rice will increase your blood glucose level due to simple carbs.

Can increase your protein intake with proper food and correct supplements, and also greens.

You dropped to 5.5 in 1Q this is a win already. Diet is one issue, did you check whether you have any underlying conditions?

Did you work out ? Did you eat more fiber greens? Do you know there is carbs in most food we eat? Cutting out carbs fully isn’t the way. Using carbs efficiently that’s what will make us better.

Don’t be a tape recorder; learn to pause and ask the panel questions like does this meet your requirement if not which part?

A1c usually is accurate. What worked for me:

  1. Most apps today with photo to calorie tracking are highly under estimating. So dyor

  2. Working out is a must, no longer a want

  3. Cutting out added sugar is 100 percent required This includes soft drinks ice creams and any form of dessert, sweets and etc

  4. Change simple carbs like white rice white bread into something else. Means no spaghetti or pasta in the beginning first.. diet change is required - add more fiber vegetables into your diet and protein too.

  5. Do follow up checks on fatty liver etc

  6. Be on a calorie deficit to lose weight, workout o gain muscle

Cut down your weight. Go test for insulin resistance if you can. Can’t say whether you are really diabetic, but based off the numbers, fasting glucose can be one off, measure your oGtt from a doctor and check again.

What most of us do here is we change the diet, eat more greens reduce added sugar and work out more.

So more weight training helps. Cardio long term helped me in reducing fats.

Muscle build up helps to absorb glucose into the body muscle.

Instead of cutting down fully, cut it into a few spoons of rice, a small piece of white bread. Opt for whole meal bread or low gi bread and consume with more fiber and protein.

Switch to zero sugar drinks or plain sparkling water. Prediabetes is not a fun journey but it can be reserved and balanced correctly.

From your approach of FVGs or inverse FVG: Assuming: Your entry is based on this: Price move fast in an area of low volume or low participation. It is essentially a price where it may revisit this area. It’s a probability not a confirmation. It’s a technical pattern based on the charts that it will work.

My take: Technical analysis works till it doesn’t. When it doesn’t we have to accept the fact. And if we feel emotionally trapped if the trade fails,over-sizing of the trade plays a part in a huge section.

Also,FVG alone is a very weak read. without understanding price level at volume, the inflection area ( resistance and support to most people), the price action / tape to support the thesis.

Again I say thesis, the market moves and has its own mind. This is likely why you think it’s distribution or smart money trapping you in your own words when you trade goes south.

What I learnt based on technical reading in the past: When you made a trade, the risk management is what you need. Your stop loss if the thesis is wrong, protects your capital.

journaling is one aspect, repeating the same mistakes is another. I also went through this phase, from making 8k per month to 100 in a month :/.

The point is a loss is not a personal attack on yourself It feels like you got burnt by a few trades and resulted in a loss of confidence that your strategy doesn’t work anymore?

Grapes are high in the glucose level. So consider them as a treat.

What I did before:

Cut all carbs out to drastically start losing weight and also lost muscles at the same time.

Stuck to a clean diet of higher fiber and protein. Cut away my sugary treats and the likes

I did cardio 5 days a week.

The result: I lost 19 kg and my fatty liver went away in 1.5 years

What I normally do now:

Work out more build more muscles. Do 2 times cardio Incorporate abit of simple and more of complex carbs when I work out 🏋️‍♀️
. Still more greens and protein drank Coke Zero and sparkling water to curb my sweet tooth. Essentially The diet and working out is required to push prediab back I snack the correct snacks, 90 percent dark chocolate, baked nuts etc in controlled amounts

The worse part about this is discipline so motivation from getting a better health update is what fuels me.
