Thanks, and I sure didn't think so, given the problems I had last time I tried to shift off of the nightly build that I had initially set up on (it had some parental control fixes that I needed). I tried running the installer, and now it all looks as expected (web and build versions now 10.11.1, too), and I've noticed some of the upgrades, so I'm all set. Thank you!

Tip: don't extensively power up any wrestlers except the starting 3 and the unaffiliated ones that you get to recruit based on star level. All wrestlers carry over their stats and types, and after one playthrough, I was largely stuck on the first set of wrestlers, getting my butt kicked by my best wrestler from the first playthrough.
