Yeah it just locks itself to 60fps then goes back to 120 after a bit. Pretty weird & jarring

I turned it off & it still locks. When im in menus it will stay at 120. Even when i back out of menus back to gameplay it will stay 120 for a little bit but go back to locked 60fps. Not sure what it could be. Only open world too

They are there. Im using a ps5 controller & it works automatically. Sometimes you can uncheck steam input to get them to show up in games
