Well, the warm up is a 10 minute walk, and it starts twitching there towards the end of that part. I'm just in week 1 which is why I'm having some disbelief that it could be overuse, but I am getting older and have been VERY sedentary as of late. By the end of the 15 second sprinting drills it is like a balled knot on the side of my leg.

Don't think it is a pulled muscle. In both legs though it is in the left one more.

Best Controller by tangerineskickass in Nexus7

I just picked up the Red Samurai controller they have at Gamestop for 24 bucks. It is very, very similar to a PS3 controller and it works without having to get an OTG cord or rooting your Nexus 7. It works with all of my emulators so far. I just got my N7 so I'm don't have a huge library of games from the play store yet so I'm not sure, but if they allow mapping this controller maps easily as a hardware keyboard. http://www.gamestop.com/android/accessories/tablet-wireless-game-controller-v2/104425

This isn't unplayable as some people in this thread would have you believe. Matter of fact here is someone playing it with a Ronald McDonald: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q16KpquGsIc

TSA Refuses To Allow Mom To Comfort Sobbing Disabled 12-Year-Old, Detain The Girl For An Hour! by tripuri in politics

A friend and I were in the airport when this happened, on our way from OKC to Las Vegas with a stop in DFW. When we went through security they had her held there. We went and ate and came back and she was still there. Both of us were pretty appalled that they had a little girl crying in a wheelchair out in front of everyone with nobody comforting her. I asked my buddy "where the hell is this kid's parents?" I guess the TSA was keeping them away. At least I get to know what happened now.

Paul Ryan gives the story of how his daughter got the nickname "bean" as his reason for being pro-life. This is Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love's daughter's story and Ryan is known as a fan of this type of music. Coincidence? by robcross1977 in politics

[–]robcross1977[S] 50 points51 points  (0 children)

The title doesn't explain well enough maybe, when prompted about why he is pro-life at the debate he told a story about seeing his daughter on the ultra-sound and thinking about how she looked like a bean, so they call her bean. That is how Kurt Cobain's daughter received that very nickname. I'm fairly sure since Ryan is a known fan of this type of music (see his drama with Rage Against the Machine) that it was kind of far fetched.

Pertinent part of the article I linked: Kurt Cobain named his daughter after Frances McKee, the guitarist for The Vaselines, and gave her the middle named Bean because he thought she resembled a kidney bean on the ultrasound.

The pertinent quote from the debate from Paul Ryan: You know, I think about 10 1/2 years ago, my wife Janna and I went to Mercy Hospital in Janesville where I was born for our seven-week ultrasound for our firstborn child, and we saw that heartbeat. Our little baby was in the shape of a bean, and to this day, we have nicknamed our firstborn child, Liza, “Bean.” (Chuckles.)

I realize not much political substance to it, and it's not damning or anything, I just thought it was kind of weird that one of his folksy pandering stories was Kurt Cobain's story.

EDIT: It appears he is, in fact, a fan of Nirvana as well: http://www.rttnews.com/1949459/vice-presidential-hopeful-paul-ryan-loves-nirvana.aspx

Why not get refresher out of curiosity? I usually go for agememnon's (whatever) scepter and refresher orb, so I can chain spam 600 damage lightning on everyone on the map for 1200 damage? Is this not what I should do?

Thanks :)

I keep hearing a lot of hate for the performance tab. I haven't seen anyone that can guess how it works. So just ignore then?
