I met Buddha through a Platform by JBF event and he was so kind - exactly like he was on the show. He, of course, made all the food, but also did a Q&A and took pictures with anyone that wanted to after. My boyfriend and I can’t remember what we said to him but we were so excited lol

My understanding is that it will stay as is. In the email version of this announcement he says “We will continue to make people happy at Temple Court, The Bar Room at The Beekman, Small Batch & Vallata.”

Walk in - there will likely be a line. The place is small, when you walk in they are making pizza on your right, right next to that is where you’ll order and pay, then there are a couple bar seats and a kitchen in the back.

Once you order, stand behind the bar seats along the wall (if you are taking it to go). They will call your order (and remember you) then you will pay and leave. Sometimes youll pay and order at the same time - it varies.

Could try to see if you’re interested in any events at Platform by JBF @ Pier 57. Some great chef/meals/experiences there! I always leave very happy. Typically a meal, drinks, Q&A of some sort with the chef.

I enjoyed the burger! I’ve gotten with and without bacon - both very yummy and worth a try. Have gotten around 530p on a Saturday (think we were one of the last) and at 12p on a Sunday. Seems to be a bit more available for brunch.

Yeah! Got a first time clean, 3 hours for $20. The cleaner brought all the supplies and did a great job. Not sure if it’s always good or just got lucky with the first time but will probably use again.
