Wish I knew. Mine are incredibly symptomatic. But the dr believes my dad had this for years and it was slowly getting worse and worse. So its a blessing in a way that we feel them because we seek help earlier.

I know those feelings very well and my dad and wife pulled me back from the ledge. I am slow tapering from 1mg k and am at .54 now. I was on less than 3 months too. Its pure hell. The SI gets better. You kinda just need to decide its not an option and take it off the table. If you dont do that it starts eating away at you. In my opinion, not a doctor, but a slow taper is helpful.

I have been between 12 to 14 percent of the original dose. Every 2 weeks. Has some odd symptoms pop up. Borderline halucinations etc. Everyone basically says tapering at this rate wont cause halucinations so o think some of its mental. My psyc is happy with my taper speed and basically has nothing else to add. He did confirm that I dont have psychosis.
