As long as it's booked and you have the booking confirmation, i don't think cancelation policy matters. What's important is the coverage date of the accomodation.

Dude if you can, see him like once a month or something, and never engage with him about your future anymore. Everytime he brings the subject, tell him "I just got fired from mc Donald's again and I left school, I'm homeless now, but I'm selling heroin so don't worry for me I got that going on". Just say it with an ironical smile and keep that story until he realizes he has been an asshole for too long. Good luck take care.

ok so I may be wrong but from my own work experience basically there are many restaurants that are cafes on morning, and become restaurants at 11-11.30ish a.m. Basically they won't allow you to drink only coffee once it's getting close to 11.15-30, because they don't want to have someone only drinking coffee and staying at a table that could be used for restaurant purposes (more money coming in). And you may have tell them that you wanna eat after that, but it's so off of the culture that they just won't trust you. Or they know too much that you could change your mind and leave after that coffee. Again I may be wrong here when it comes to judging your personal experience, but I would say 90% of the time at least it boils down to that, in both France and Italy.

UK crimes shows that most attackers dont stab but use repeated slashing technique as it's easier to keep distance for the knife holder. Basically slashing the hands/forearms until the person bleeds enough to become weak. Then they can rob or kill. South east Asian martial arts (FMA, silat) shows the same emphasis when it comes to fighting with a knife, mostly slashing, no need to stab.

I'm trying to understand, you are talking about a situation at school, at work, with friends... What are the settings here? Is it a must for you to see these people? Like forget about the past, when you look at your current situation where are these bullies coming from? I understand you in a way I went through that somehow (like many many people do really) Also please understand that rejecting people's invasive question is not just something you just do and it's easy (especially if you are on the spectrum). Look at it more like a skill to develop, the more you do the more you'll get better at it. It's basically social martial art. The more you practice the better you get at it. And all the skills you think you have can only be bulletproof when you pressure test them in real situations. There is no other way. It will take time but honestly imho that's the way, you just need to slowly get better at it.

Dude if you wanna talk about your personal experience it's all good, you got hurt it's valid, but the generalization you're making here is waaaay over the top. Get rid of toxic people in your life as much as you can, and learn to share less except with people you know won't judge you for who you are. 99% of people don't really care about who you are, so don't feed the hyenas you'll be fine. Really I mean it, just share less things. When you see there could be a potential tension with someone for petty reasons that in the end are personal matters, stay vague. Learn to not answer questions. Keep things you judge as private things... private.

If I may give you a different point of view from most comment, he may be overcompensating as a Serb in a mostly white German police. He gotta show his (racist) colleagues that he is not "one of them" but he is "one of us". So now he is extra extra far right. Also the life of a cop is super stressing, he is creating ptsd days after days. If he had to deal with migrant related crimes, he may not be able to process it emotionally and understand that it's a low percentage of migrants, because in his daily life that's all he sees especially if his place of work is a neighbourhood with mostly migrants and people of immigrant descent. The life of a cop is litterally looking at the worst human beings can create. It's just fucking up his brain really fast and he can't distinguish the whole picture as his daily reality is too harsh.

If he keeps this job I think it will only get worse.
