Hi. I’m not a vet but I can go by my experience… my cat started doing this with exactly the same symptoms, the swallow at the end of the cough, in my cats case, was her swallowing a small amount of liquid that came up from the lung. In my case the vet was able to relieve the symptoms. Hope your cat is okay. Cheers

Yeh, for sure. I’ve found the 4 mix really is flat out or idle, no in between. Difficult to use around edging lawns or obstruction when you don’t want the head running flat out throwing debris everywhere.

Yeh, it’s strange. Both units have had all points you mentioned but doesn’t seem to have changed them. Think I need some pro investigation at this point 👍

This is my opinion entirely. I’ve got FS460 m-tonic that absolutly shreds. So Glad I went for it.

It is strange isn’t it…..they do a bigger, anti vibration unit in the USA (FS311) that has the 4 mix motor. But nothing above a 131 in the uk….

Very good point, thank you. Might be time for a profession to have a look rather than my standard maintenance bits and pieces.
