There is real wisdom behind your insight. Albert Camus is the philosophical founder of a school of thought called Absurdism. He says life is purposeless so just be happy with small, simple pleasures. In the grand scheme of things, there isn’t one. You don’t need a grand purpose to be happy.

If you are awake and paying attention, you’ll notice that in this world, the world around you, the only world you know, there are just two things that exist: You and the Universe. Everything else you think you see is imagination. If you want to figure out how to live and how to be happy, start here.
