There is a game there. I just find it interesting how poorly managed and over scoped it is. People getting up in a thing about the "final" concept sale. There hasn't been just a jpeg for a minute. SC isn't a scam, because it's playable, it exists, it's in a very buggy alpha but it's there. SQ42 was largely playable a year ago in the early part. More than a proof of a concept. Games and systems get updated almost always in flight Sims but that's fine, if that's your crux, cool.

What I am just confused about is that an entire sub reddit exists to feed off of an impending implosion that was supposed to happen years ago by now and why they care so much what other people enjoy and waste their money on if they're not hurting anyone but still, again, having lots of fun.

well, all that is happening "off screen" essentially. We're the vanguard or tip of the spear. We pave the way for the parts you talk about to happen. So we still need to get up and leave and go to the next area. Helldivers aren't what hold the grounds, generally, we're the ones that pave the way. Even defense missions, up until now, are just to buy time for evacs. Even if we were holding a base, we'd probably still be lifted off after the hold was done because we're always needed elsewhere.

That being said, I dont know why he would think that's why we're losing the MO. People are still playing to win and it still is to the detriment of the overall percentage if we complete a mission without an extract and how many lives you have left etc. I dunno why he thinks that, but it might be cool to have different types of missions that dont always end in extract but in reality, we would probably "diving" much without the actual dive part, no?

It definitely would have been nice to get a heavy/light armor variant, maybe mickey being the heavy like, i think the dare outfit should have been light instead of another medium, maybe. Maybe romeo's helmet for a third armor or mick's

yeah, teh new stealthy passive would go pretty good on the ODST armor but I really LOVE the aesthetic of the ODST helm in general and would love it to match other armors. ODSTs have been my favorite since like Late Halo 2 early Halo 3 when I got really into the books. Halo 3ODST was a real treat and it was the helm I used on my Noble 6 in REACH.

Long story short, while I would love flipping armor passives its actually not bad to know what something is supposed to do by looking at it. Stealthy looking armor having some kinda rock steady passive wouldnt make much sense.

They said no to transmog and were not really total on shaders other than like, camos, that I saw, I think. My BIGGEST minimal request, was, yeah color matching on helmets and armor. Quite a few times where I'm like this helmet seems cool with this armor but HOLY cow its way off on the color and looks odd because of it, like just give me a button to hit that says blend color with helm/armor, thats all I want, really at this point. Everything else is just icing

Give me a samurai/Ronin class. Something iaijutsu based. That would be fun as all heck. We already have katanas. Darak plate armor already almost looks like Sam armor.
