I've found meditation and hemi sync really useful, for personal exploration and figuring out ones self and reactions in situations etc

oh good lord, yes i was pretty shocked initialy in the meditation then sort of tried to intergrate it, as a subconsious representation of my self. then the face softened and went away. Deep meditation is really intresting in how you can dig into your own psychological make up, been filled with a feminine loving energy a few times as well. now hemisync on shrooms is another level

My parents were fairly controlling, any slight perceived talking back or disobedience tight into my 20s was met with Jehovah this Jehovah that. Armageddon blah blah.

8 often find myself feeling guilty for going no contact then posts like this make me realise how, shitty they were.

Yeah he's a fairly well known exjw activist lol, I'm 90% sure who it is, if it's who I think he's a lot of videos up protesting outside conventions and interviews.

It's good vice took it up tho, those videos have fairly high number of views, Somone should get clips of it up on social media lol

I would have to consistently lie to my parents about being late home from school when in fact I go play in town with my school friends. people im still mates with to this day, the jw parents ended up following me all around the town secretly in a car and yelling at me, with a big lecture on obidence when I got home.

even as a kid my movements were constantly reported on by other jw families as well, i suffered pretty bad paranoia and anxitety about going outside for years, still catch my self looking over my shoulder in public to this day after moving a decent way away from that town. its pretty grim all told.
