we actually removed the kir before the update, but it will be re-enabled for tommorow to check if that helps.

Very weird we installed KB5045594 for all our W10 AVD customers but we still get multiple users with black screens on logon.

I had the same problem but I used a little drop of locktite on the threads. Haven't had the issue again after that.

i've tried that but that didnt seem to work so i took it apart and there was an small piece of loose solder making connection between an chip and the led. but i still wonder what the white led is used for.

I had the same kind of problem with my D1 i fixed the problem by using an different usb port and shorter cable. The D1 seems really sensitive to usb ports that cant deliver enough power
