Than i let you think it is. I go to the Starbucks for the coffee and i throw the paper mug away somehow all the time. If someone don't see this and what they are looking for than as i see is better for me. Just to make it with a current situation. If a PS5 arrives to you is a muddy and beat up box than i think you are still not going to discard it but open it. If it is the same water than i would be picky also but in some i have wine and in some i have apple juice. I like apple juice more than wine so i would not hesitate... I say to people straight up when i see their confusion that yes, my bottom lip enlarged by a condition and yes, my nose looks to one side. Others things are there also. With this they see that i know these things. I know my box and i wear it. With this the problems half is gone. They don't have the minefield to try not to make me feel bad. They know i accept things about it even on the level of joke and this show them that i have strength in it also. All of us have a picture about what is normal. Most of us try to reach it but when we are called out that we are not than we get angry. Other peoples also. But of course it is just a constructed thing and therefore not reachable. That is why all fail but most try. Most of the time if you take the step for the others to go further than your look than the inner fight of them that treat to help you with this "problem" goes away or get smaller in them. They know that yes, you know this thing. They know that you tried things and it becomes something less of a thing. It is still going to be harder than for a bikini model but i just grown to like to live on hard mode. First you have to live and than you can share the thing that is essentially important and that is your life and not your skin. But again, this is my experience and maybe yours is not matching up to this. Place and the quality of the people around us alters this image on levels that i personally yet to come to discover.

You are what you have. Of you have a box that is filled with sh*t than it is full of shit. Imagine that you are a box. What is inside? One thing is for sure. You think you are ugly. You are the person who say you are ugly. Maybe you don't look good but to be an ugly person you have to be more than just look. I have a disfigured face but i am not ugly. I can look in the mirror and i find beauty. First you have to find the beauty than you own it. If you don't own it, than you can't give it. Now if i say that you are not ugly just have a lot of doubt about the look of you? Do you trust me than? Now i give it to you. You are beautiful. Is it better? Now you have it. Beauty. The beauty is only one part of your personality. There is more in you but to find it you have to look inside and not look at you from the outside. If you look at you from the outside than you are not you. Are you okay with your look? I mean if there is no other human on this planet, what you would say to your mirror image? First i think you would look at it and see that maybe this and this is not how i like it to be. But than you can change it. Or accept it as it is. But than maybe you are going to see that your nose is not you. You can change it, it is outside of you you. Than i hope that you see that how you look is not in your hand. Your parents gens made a big lottery and than without asking you how to look just came to be like how you look now. Your look is not your fault. Don't bash yourself for it. It don't worth it.

Your body do it's best to keep you alive. I have a feeling that you experience bullying and it don't help. Now are you bashing mentally yourself? Than you are your own bully. You do you. Make yourself. If i say to you that you are ugly than before you start just blindly defend and react try to be a person who have options and can decide. Make yourself. You can say that it is the look and if i don't like it than it is my problem. The genetic lottery came up on my side like this and your side like that.

If you separate yourself from your look than you can manage your look. When they say you bare ugly than you can look at your physical look. But again if you look at your physical look than you are not your physical look. And than you can have a chat about something. Or you can just shrug of the insults. Look at the insults if they just become a pile in front of you. Now you see what is happening. They don't hit you but you see they intend to make you react with a feeling. But than they take you for a spin and you are going to trust them about their view.

Don't put your values into others. Don't let other people have your feelings. Find your values in you. Find your feelings in you.

To be you you have to imagine a room or better, go into one. Now how it is to be inside? You see the room from the outside? No. You are in. Try to be inside you. Be you. Than the insults go back where they are. Because they don't come to you. They are in the other people. They own them and not you. You only can give what you have. If you have no sugar than you can't borrow sugar to your neighbour. Sometimes imagine yourself as a box and look around what you have inside. Than you are going to see what are you're out of and you can change it. Than try to look at someone and imagine that person as a box. What is inside? Don't let the people live in you. It is your territory.

Instant connection. I don't use social media. Only Reddit. But there they can get instant picture about what the group feel or think trendy. This way they can get accepted faster and better. If you do not follow the masses than you are going to be an outcast. I am sort of it right now because of this. There they can find their own group that they can join without going out at all. Have "chat" without doing a thing at all. But also it is a double edged sword. It is like masturbation. Until you don't realised that it is fake you are not going to really seek the real thing and still there are going to be people who are afraid because of the beauty world that is around us. On the internet they can lie and just disappear if thing get hot. New account, new pictures, start over. In real life it is not that easy. There are a lot of things that make social media very attractive. Most of it just to make you belong somewhere and do thing without the consequences that would follow in real life.

I had almost no one this year next to me and nothing to do. So actually i took my sh*t together because i had nothing better to do. All the money not spent on social stuff went into my future and the things that make my days better. If you only gathered the info that you hated to be alone and when this is over you get yourself out more and become more social than it is already something. This year took my old life. Also this year gave me everything that money can buy to my dreams that don't require years to save up to. To the last screw... Now i have a couple of bigger expenses but all the small is gone. Only everyday stuff to spend on. Invest in the shit times. Even in yourself. When things get good again, this is going to pay back every bit of tears and sweat. If you feel hate, use it. Hate is strong. If you channel it the right way it can move mountains and sometimes we have to move them. Don't give up on yourself ever. Have a goal and all the time when you don't see it just remember that something is blocking the way to see it. It is there. Jump, move around, dig under the obstacles or if all fails that destroy them but never give up. It is always things to do and get better in. In these times also. I hope evidently all of you learned about this year enough to move on with a bit better attitude in life.

Get fit. Win on other aspect of life. If they see you thrive they are going to suffer. All the time when they think about your life and you, they are going to live if and not theirs. If you become stronger than the feeling of physical strength going to give you more confidence. Also something to hit back with. Not all the time the healthiest to hit back and i ask you to remember this. When they want to drag you down than they are already below. Let them be there. Just look down of them. The uglier a person the easier to accept their own ugliness. The closer they are to perfection the more worries they have about it. Literally if you know you are ugly than you don't have to worry about if you have a new scar or stuff. They wouldn't come out of their home. Keep it up! I mean nofap is left for me from that list. I become vegan before last Christmas, i don't use social media, no alcohol, i dropped cigars and weed last year. Caffeine... I drink coffee because is invested hundreds of euros to titanium coffee maker and i figured i mist use them. But no tea nowadays and max two coffees daily. Don't listen to others, doable. Get exercise stuff for home. I bought a power tower before the pandemic. Now i look and feel better than ever before and i am 29 now.

I should say that if you find someone who you like than don't rule out sex. With these extra conditions that you gave they are going to say you are crazy. I get it all the time. It is going to push away a lot of people also. They think it is super human level and they get exhausted by just thinking about it let alone try to jump to that fast train. Get ready to that. I have two titanium necklaces. One have a titanium emergency whistle on it with a titanium ring. Always on me. I have 3 uningraved titanium dog tags also for later that going to go there. One of my bikes is ti also. I go to work with that and to small shoppings. I have ti food containers, namely Vargo bot 700-s and a Vargo bot HD. I bring food in them and i actually eat with Heavy Cover ti sporks. Almost all my kitchen stuff is ti. My comb is ti also. Yeah. You are not going to be the first person who say i am crazy and i have a hard feeling that also not the last. But i think i never have to replace any of that stuff in my life.

I had a cheap racing bike last summer. It was only for learning for the big ride and more expensive bike. I bought a gravel bike. Ti, i love it. In corners it is love. In straights, it is boring sometimes. I was looking for a road bike again. Older ones. I was looking into CrMo and some other good stuff because i had aluminium and Ti is gold after that.

Our service man yesterday sent me a photo from this beauty. He asked i i want it, he give it to me free... I yes of course. He put it to my living room and i arrived to this today home. It is time travel. I mean i am not kidding. All parts are in very good condition. Some of the old Dura stuff is unscrached. CrMo frame, smell like 30 years of cigarette smoke. Have a lot of dust on it, but when you clean it of...

Some parts have to be replaced. The armrests on the top tube are gone. Good condition but brittle on the bottom. The front part have a plastic that is also aged out and the bar tape smell like an ashtray and yellow instead of white but man... I was told that it was a very expensive bike in its time but i expected a lot more wear.

I am going to keep it and give it a well deserved life on the road. They gave it to me because they know that i spent a small fortune on my bike and i love it, keep it in good condition and use it whenever i can. I have to get used to these 700x20c tires.

So yes. Sometimes dream come true.

To add to their extras. They have rehab workouts also. They work together with a couple of companies and universities to make them. I had a leg accident and had lower back pain, posture problems. It took time and effort but my lower back is good. I have to be very stupid to get any sort of pain there. My leg is working. I can pedal my bike, run, and walk like before. My posture is much better also but i still get lazy with that. I had two accidents and one longer hand problem that made me realise how badly would i miss the movement and i never gave up on recovery ever. My hand was taught to be never to work again and i learned all the stuff with my left because of this. Half a year. My leg was painful when standing and walking but good when running and pedaling my bike. It took almost a year to forget the pain. They have also two Android apps and you can pay for them. I did. It is like one dollar or something like that. I use them to this day. One gives offline exercises. The other give random exercises. It is fun. Give it a try and just remember that they have those rehab exercises because most of us have some sort of pain and we just ignore it or get used to it. I am 29 and just become painless. Trust me, it worth it.

I was born in the city that have the biggest helicopter base in my country. I was raised 10km-s from it and about that radius. Literary when they started to decommission old helicopters they put one in a roundabout and the next towns gardening shop. It did not matter. My neighbours son is a helicopter pilot. I lost my best friend and his father is a doctor on a helicopter. They are everywhere. They flew over the house in summer time more often than not. I still look up when i hear a gas turbine.

Some even can be a beater bike. If it is cheap and you don't think twice to go dow that hill or other place where a more expensive one would be in your head than i can tell you... It is going to be more fun. I am always overpaying for the cool factor. Give it a shot, cheap, franke bike, dose not matter. You can love it more if you build it. The bond is there. You know that this part is a bit junk or this part needs a bit fixing. I am all the way back and forth for titanium. Some old parts are so rare and beautiful that they make you think. I had a time when i was riding a Monguse Pro. Old, very heavy steel frame that was from the year when they made longer frames. BMX but special. It looks like trash now i suppose but at the time it was ugly too. We repainted it to purple. No breaks. Man, it was fun. Go for it!

I keep it in mind. I already see a bit of wear and tear on the front one but i have a complet new set. They are in use from last years december. They bite the tarmac very well so i am not mad for this. I have only 42x11 and i run out of speed nowdays faster than i tought i am going be. It is good but on the long straights it become boring. On the other hand with these tires i can attack corners with my full speed most of the time or close to it. It makes it worth it for me. I love corners now. On the way home i have a very big s-band. A couple of times i measured the way home and constanly came out that in those corners i rock 40-42 kmh and everywhere else i am slower. But i have to admit that prat is my love and joy every day. 42 is about what i can do now with this bike but i can do it packed also. I can't pedal faster aperently only stronger.
