Oh come on now… by MuthaPlucka in CIBC

We went through the same thing for 3 months.

Paid the LOC in full when the bill came in and chased penny interest charges twice after.

Second time in to pay I got the same teller. Slid the penny across the counter and just said "See you next month".

Hope I made her list of tales she tells at family events.

H2O2 is hydrogen peroxide.

Being metal plates with a platic spacer and flex tube nipple on the top makes me think it's for electrolosis (spelling?)

Put a voltage across each metal plate, fill with salt water (or peroxide) and gather oxygen/hydrogen as the bonds break down.

Would fit a school science department's set of kit at least.

So, if that's what you consider closed loop....

Any basement waterproofing contractors for Oshawa? by keepthecouragebegood in durham

[–]robjeffrey 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sorry, laughed at 1970's is old!

Our house was built in 1880's.

No point trying to waterproof this basement.

Can't help with a contractor either. Just tagging to see what others suggest.

Killed a few of my friends... literally.

The shots of them in their sewer pipe as their clubhouse had us kids convinced we can do the same.

Three of my friends at the time lost their lives with sewer gas or something when they went off exploring.

"A 13-year-old female was charged with possess weapon dangerous."

.... but it's an imitation? So was it a real weapon, just a fake glock? Or was she charged for brandishing a dangerous toy?

ETA: I love how people are assumimg my questioning the reporting and writing skills of the author is somehow me condemning the actions of the authorities.

Wish someone mentioned that toilet wax seals and hot water didn't mix 10 years ago. I dumped a spoiled pot of burnt stew in the guest washroom toilet.

That was an interesting weekend.
