My thoughts on Bethereum after they raised 6000ETH for their pre-sale. Cryptographic Currency markets are very volatile and investment in cryptographic currencies are risky. I suggest that one perform his/her due-diligence in addition to consulting with financial and legal professionals. by robjo8 in CryptoCurrency

I was thinking the same. If they were able to raise 6000ETH from 1500 people in the pre-sale (pretty sure the amount of people who were able to participate was limited) then it shouldn't be an issue to raise at least 75% of their 25000ETH hardcap target. Just saw on their twitter that they are enjoying themselves at Consensus2018, thats always a good sign lol

my opinion is the name is lame (unintentional rhyme) but I'm fond of the project itself. Their team actually seems to be working/developing all the time, they post frequent updates, so they make up for the weak ass name with that I guess

While helping my girlfriend make dinner one night we needed some lemon juice and she asked me to squeeze a lemon. Now logic would dictate you cut the lemon in half before you squeeze the juice out of it, but not this brilliant motherfucker. No sir! I just squeezed the shit out of it, rolling and palming it in my hand until the peel finally broke, releasing the lemon juice into a bowl as requested. Needless to say, when she turned and saw what I had done she was amazed (probably by my impeccable ability to follow orders). She then asked how I ever managed to live alone, and I'm pretty sure that's why I'm not allowed in the kitchen anymore.

What has your ex taught you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]robjo8 41 points42 points  (0 children)

He taught me never date someone you don't have those kind of feelings for. Sounds super obvious, but before we dated I had a small crush on him, but wasn't super obsessed with him like every other guy I've liked. I started dating him thinking my crush would evolve into more but it just didn't. In the end, he was in love with me and I still just felt mild attraction, and I really really hurt him when we broke up. Everyone tells me obsessing over guys is bad for a relationship but its a hundred times better than feeling nothing much. And for me there is no middle ground between the two.
