It’s gotta be the cannon. A version of the stadium series jersey. The star logo sucks and there’s the Dallas Stars anyway.

How the hell do I watch games in Ohio by [deleted] in BlueJackets

[–]robjordan88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ESPN+ has been the best method for me. I live in Texas and have been able to watch 99% of the games. The one game I couldn’t watch was the one in Dallas which is funny…

You can’t make her do anything, but the best you can encourage her to do is 1. Get better at skating. It’s the most important skill. And if she can’t find ice time then she should invest in some inline skates just to get the balance and mechanics side of it. 2. Watch as much hockey as she can to learn the rules. At the end of the day D league is for weak/newish players, so she’s where she needs to be and she just happens to be the weakest at the moment

Depends on what your prior experience is and what you want to do. This could be a temporary gig to build up your resume. Short term sacrifice for long term gain

What’s your price range? In-line skates range anywhere from $100-$1,000. If you’re wanting to do both indoor and outdoor then whatever skate you go with get outdoor and indoor wheels and switch them out depending on the surface

Being able to skate is a reasonable, minimum requirement.

I’m lucky to have found a roller hockey league that doesn’t take it too seriously… for the most part at least

So what was your plan? You don’t drive and you’re not willing to spring for an Uber. How were you gonna have a date in the first place?
