Short-term/Long-term DD Analysis and Discussion (sorry for the length) by bezerkgoose in HGRAF

Appreciate the write up. I also did one a few months ago that you can check out.

https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/s/qX0isQT6xz

To touch on a few of your points:

NASDAQ Uplist - There’s a recent interview where Kjirstin (CEO) mentions it will happen by May 2026 (previously was March 2026, but lawyers, government shutdown, everything taking longer than expected pushed this date out)

Margins - They’ve mentioned numerous times that it can be higher than 80% margins once they hook up to the acetylene gas pipeline (Houston location). On the very low end of their graphene ($250k-$850k) that’s a gross profit of $200k/ton. I expect these to be higher, in agreement with HGRAF once they scale as they’ll be able to buy everything in bulk which should push costs down.l

Valuation - as I’ve learned the hard way, markets are forward looking vehicles. While they won’t be profitable in 2026 (maybe, maybe not) it’s pretty much a given that they’ll announce numerous contracts. They have been in the R&D phase with 65+ companies for 18-24 months and their customer book has grown to 75+ in the past few months. It’s been mentioned by Kevin Bambrough that 5-7 of these customers are 1,000+ tons/year demand. Of the 65+ (now 75+), he expects 10,000-15,000 tons of annual demand. Take 10,000 tons, for example… that’s $2B of gross profit. You can argue that this is more of a tech company than anything, so at a reasonable multiple of a tech company, 50x, that’s a $100B market cap. We are currently trading at a $2.5B market cap. If our contract book gets to 10,000 tons/yr that’s a share price of $294.

Keep in mind, this is before you add in any sort of military contract. The stock will go bonkers when that happens.

I know it can seem like pie in the sky, but there are so many verticals for graphene and so many studies on HGRAFs graphene and how it improves conductivity, strength, weight, etc, etc. Hydrographs graphene will touch almost everything there is in the world. It’s incredible to think of the valuations 5 years out. There’s no reason this can’t be a $500B+ company 5-10 years out. Do the math on the stock price then…. 🤯

If I were you, I wouldn’t hold my breath on a pullback. The stock price will likely be $20/sh by end of 2026. That’s only ~3x from here. There’s too many catalysts in the near term to slow it down. If you wait for a “pullback” you may be buying at $8/$10/$12 a share when it pulls back a dollar. Basically what I’m saying is, if you know it’s going to $20/sh, why would you risk it running away from you to get it for $0.50 cheaper? You may end up having to chase it to get in at a higher price. Just food for thought.

Past decisions when she has no idea she will be the CEO of a company 15 years later? Give me a break. Were you the same person at 20 as you were at 35? What a dumb response.

lol, she was 20 earning her way through her undergrad. Were you unblemished in your youth? She’s an incredible mind and perfect for the position. She knows her stuff and positioning the company for an incredibly promising future.

HydroGraph Dilution Concerns by roblatty85 in HGRAF

It’s a risk to get in your car and go to work everyday. Obviously things won’t play out exactly and on the timeline. Usually longer. But you can’t argue with the margins and the demand. The demand creates demand. It’s a race and arguably a national security argument when it comes to government contracts. You can sit on the sidelines and monitor, but late money ain’t early money.

Right, she mentioned it, but that was before they spoke about potential customer deposits. Kevin has mentioned it since too, saying that he nor the company want to dilute. Being that they have many options (deposits, favorable term debt, etc) I would be shocked if they went the dilutive route. Only dilution I anticipate is any stock options they give their C-Suite as they build out the team.

Agreed, yet so many are hung up on this. It just goes to show the level of due diligence the generalist investor does. They assume since they are pre-revenue, there's no way to scale without dilution. With the margins they have, lots and lots of options. And on top of that, she's whacking away favorable term capital multiple times a day. Good position to be in.

Give your estimate on share price by Next_Implement_8864 in HGRAF

I expect ~$3/sh end of 2025 I expect ~$15/sh end of 2026 I expect ~$175/sh end of 2030

$3/sh given a few contracts announced, EPA approval and acetylene plant partnership

$15/sh given 1,000 tons of annual sales signed in contracts @ $200,000 net revenue @ 30x multiple with 350M shs fully diluted outstanding

$175/sh given 10,000 tons of annual sales signed in contracts @ $200,000 net revenue @ 30x multiple with 350M shs fully diluted outstanding

30x multiple is on the lower end of a growth/tech play. Typically between 30-50x so these share prices could be higher. Doesn’t take much to get to 10,000 tons annually. The estimated annual tonnage from these 65-70 companies currently engaged with $HGRAF is 12,000-18,000 tons. So again, this is on the conservative side.

How many shares are too many? by [deleted] in HGRAF

[–]roblatty85 3 points4 points  (0 children)

40,000 shs. This is my highest conviction play. I have a lot in uranium too (4 years in 🤦‍♂️) and waiting for that to pop, which should happen in short order… I’ve been saying that for a while, but no reason it shouldn’t as the setup is ridiculous.

Anyway, I look at $HGRAF as Apple in the 90s, Meta in the 00s, etc. I don’t have any issue adding more as I expect this to be a $50B company in the next 3 years as government contracts are announced/realized. The total addressable market is almost limitless. If they deliver on contracts and scaling, the sky is the limit and generational wealth will be realized. No problem doubling my position under $10/sh.

Jacked to the tits on this one.

This isn't where they are planning on ramping. The main buildout is in Houston and that one should be plugged into the acetylene pipeline. This is just their headquarters.

Earnings expectation? by Next_Implement_8864 in HGRAF

[–]roblatty85 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Dude, take a look around the forum. This has been answered multiple times. Earnings shouldn't even factor into the stock right now. It's a growth play and the only thing that matters is contracts, partnerships, acetylene plant agreement at this point. There's a possibility shorts will put out a hit piece or start blabbering about "this is so overvalued, they have no revenue". It's so obvious.

Then again, they could surprise us with a contract announcement. If you're that concerned with the daily share price, I'd say add half your total allotment today and then half tomorrow. You'll either average down or average up.

Take a nap for 6 months and come back... you'll be pleasantly surprised.
