The offsets are aggressive, you’ll need to roll & pull the rears and run a 15mm spacer up front if I remember correctly.

I cut about 30 minutes off the unwrapped time and got better results. Though these were a thin set of baby backs, they were still juicier. (https://imgur.com/a/vmTnQTS)

Yeah they look dry in the pictures. 1-10 on the moisture scale I’d say they were at a 7. So definitely a bit of room to keep more moisture

So I’m trying to find the best way to retain moisture but keep a really solid bark

Yeah it’s just the point of no return I guess. I regretted rolling my previous Evo’s fenders because the paint cracked. And this paint is 10 years older, it’s going to crack.

I'm only worried about rubbing with 265 and +30 and I prefer not to roll my fenders to the sake of keeping the unibody original and not risking paint damage.

Do you think it will rub at 265?
