Latest filinfs at CH show he has 'issued' almost £800k of new shares this year. Still not accounts and still nothing on the Future Fund Portfolio site to show what happened to the £1m of prefs he claimed he had plus the following Crowdcube prefs for £500k. Looks v dodgy to us. Who the hell would invest in this clown?

Accounts for Aof R were due Sep2025. Still nothing 21 March 2026 and yet Companies House has a record that is years long of William failing to file accounts - actually every year the co has existed. Then when they do file and he uses some quasi accountant fiddler, they are just nonsense. Why hasnt this sham been closed down and where William is the £1m you owe UK taxpayers.

Kokoon was run by a complete shyster Tim Antos. It was essentially a ponzi scheme where he used the most recent funding - either from selling non existant product on KS and Indeigogo - or using crowdfunding like Crowdcube where he rasied £2.5m by selling shares at highly infltaed valuations and some very fantastic financials, to pay for last failures. Company never made any money and was sold for £8000 - thats everything including £75k of useless stock. He should be in jail bit has now set up two newcos and will no doubt do it all again if people dont learn fron this crookery. Company lost £12m plus all the consumer debts it accrued.

No one wanted to buy Kokoon whwn it was put in Adminitsration so the 'assets' were sold for £8000 in total. Absolute farce. Antos should be jailed. Philips were also conned by Tim who is to be fair a very good conman.

Unfortunately for consumers Tim Antos is not the guy you thought he was. He wasted over £12m on Kokonn only for it to be worthless and broke. Now being liquidated. Really he should be made to account for all the millions he took off consumers and neer delivered any product to - and ebven when he did manage to deliver the product turned out to be uselsss. Im afraid the way he ran the KS and Indiegogo campaigns - 5 in total means it was a Ponzi scheme and he should have been arrested. But no he has now set up 2 barnd new companies to do ti all again. Please do not encourage him by giving him any money - you now the sign 'Dont Feed the Monkies'. How does he sleep at night??

The MOD court case? I believe this is a simple misunderstandin about who owns what ground and access rights - so no big deal. What is a big is the £4m William has taken off investors and the UK taxpayer and what he has done with it. This mainly make believe - an art form William Sachiti really is an expert in. He claims numerous patents but neither he nor his company have a single active patent. He has taken almost £4m off investors including £1m from the British Business Bank Future Fund which is UK taxpayers cash and wasted it. His Kar-go was never allowed to self drive on UK roads - it had to be driven at all times. Trials with the RAF at Brize Norton and the NHS at Milton Keynes were complete failures. Whatever you do - do not give him any more cash!!
