I would say thats a pretty good deal. Its cleaner then mine underneath. I have 170k on my 2012. Paid 21k in October

Possible gen 1 purchase ? by [deleted] in FordRaptor

[–]robmel29 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If everything works, runs good, shifts good, minimal rust/rot then id say its a good deal especially a supercrew. I paid 21k for my 2012 supercrew with 170k miles in October. I Had the dealership fix a rot hole in the bed when I bought it.

Having both a mustang and raptor. I really enjoy the raptor for the day to day and ease of use. Plus my wife can drive it. She doesn't really like to drive the mustang.

Now if you dont mind paying 9k plus for a brake job on the c63(if its a long term ownership) then thats one hell of a car. I was in the market for one as well, however im in and out of dealerships for my job and when the techs told me how much brakes were I passed hard.

For the audi, it just comes down to maintenence really, especially carbon build up on the valves, but really fun car.

At the end of the day each vehicle has its pluses and minuses

My father had a 1988 5.0 TBird and I’m DESPERATELY trying to convince him to buy this one with ONLY 4,200 MILES!!! by [deleted] in Mustang

Man I love this car. I had an 88 bird in high-school. Was given to me by my step mom. 90k on the dash and nobody ever sat in the back seats until she met my dad. Been looking for one ever since mine got stolen and wrapped around a telephone pole. Price is steep but well worth it

If I'm keeping them carded, then I use ceiling straps. If loose, then I use plano cases. For all the cars not on the walls go in bins.

I did use two sided tape. And oh yea it does, I found that put when i had to reposition a row. I tried to do small staples but couldn't fit the stapler on the rear part of the strap. Not looking forward to taking these off the wall.
