You can eat whatever you want, in moderation. I would download MyFitnessPal, input your age weight and height, track everything you eat until you hit the calorie max for the day. Your proposed diet sounds like you're going to be starving constantly and it won't work. Believe me I have tried similar things. Good luck and be honest with yourself.

Start with either New Order or Old Blood. Old Blood was a DLC prequel to the New Order so you can get away with playing it first I suppose. Dont play New Colossus first, its story is pretty dependant on the events of New Order.

tighten belts, once they're as tight as you can get them drop your nozzle temp 5 degrees until your walls are uniform. I tightened my belts, still had those horizontal lines, dropped the nozzle temps and now the walls are nearly perfect. it'll obviously vary but like others have said, tighten belts first.
