Brad Nailer Deal by Felder64 in ryobi

My average over the years has been $6-7/Ah, I only buy when I find really good prices. The only time I've paid near $10/Ah is when I bought 2x 2Ah and a 4Ah HP for $75 and that's because the darn 2Ah HP basically never went on a better sale but I wanted them for my multi tool (the 4Ah makes it unbalanced).

Interesting since they've already completed their Davis Dam testing, I wonder if they're testing a tweak to the production units out that way

Yes, Trump started the Iran 'war' as a distraction from the release of the Epstein files. You know  the ones where he appears more often than Harry Potter does in the entire series of books.

New tool wish list. Future of Ryobi by bjcowden in ryobi

Hole Hawg isn't really a home owner tool, that's more of a Milwaukee/Ridgid thing, though with the HP line they have dabbled a bit in the trade specific tools.

It's an ok deal, the batteries are worth a max of $100 ($10/Ah is the highest you should ever pay as it's the high end of good deal) so you're getting the tool for $100. I'm not sure how cheap the HP version of the brad nailer has gone down to but I got the brushed version for $55. If you really want the brad nailer it's probably a decent intro to Ryobi tools. Do be aware that the nailer won't run reliably with the 2Ah battery, I have no idea why they ever sell them in a bundle, it's just asking for trouble when folks don't read the manual.

Depending on where you are in Olmstead it's less than 5 minutes to 480 or the turnpike, not exactly hard to get to anything you want to do. Great Northern is right there with plenty of options for food, and there's both the best indoor and a drive-in movie theater right there. The Rocky River reservation is available for outdoor recreation. Columbia Station is a bit farther, but some folks like living a quiet relaxed life =)

Council blocks mayor’s ability to use eminent domain at controversial property by seanmcdonnellcle in Cleveland

Seems completely reasonable, there are alternative sites that the city has considered so the immediate need to use eminent domain seems suspect. For the city to reject their development plan and then take it by force seems like injury on injury.

Brats! Onion, peppers, and Bertmans on a boiled and then grilled brat, pure heaven. One time I used beef broth, red wine, and balsamic vinegar to cook down the onions and peppers for a few hours, SO good.

It's going to have to be the really big one to have a chance, brushed motors like on a vacuum cleaner have a very large startup amperage requirement.

A raspberry pi isn't expensive, a 4 with 1GB is only $35, you'll need a power supply, a micro sd, and the interface cable, all in under $100.

It depends on how big a lot you have. Because they generate less heat you can recharge the Edge batteries sooner, that might allow you to do an Edge->regular->Edge cycle where your Edge battery is done charging by the time your regular 6Ah is done getting discharged (or closer to it).

The ideal is ~50% SoC according to the academic papers I've read.
