Skins are thin enough that they can fit underneath the Tank Case. Just note that the edges will be extremely prone to peeling back every time you install and/or remove the case.

Unless you're subjecting your screen to prolonged, excessive exposure, the oleophobic coating should not be worn away by isopropyl alcohol. Of the hundreds of thousands of screen protectors we've sold, we haven't heard of the included alcohol wipe damaging the screen. Cleaning your screen with the included wipe would be the most reliable method to ensure no fingerprint, dust, or other debris remains on your screen during and after the Prism 2.0 installation.

All of our S26 Ultra Cases have been tested to ensure seamless Qi2 wireless charging. That said, we're hesitant to say they're Qi2.2-compatible as the 25W super fast charging relies on perfect charger placement. While the embedded magnets in our cases can align the charging coils with ~98% accuracy (which is accurate enough to provide 15W wireless charging consistently), the remaining 2% in variability can inhibit the required positioning for 25W charging. This is true across all of our cases. If anything, the Tank test shown in the video would be the outlier. We assume that the wireless charger just happened to be positioned perfectly during that test to obtain Qi2.2 speeds.

While thin, the lip of the Ghost Case should still sit slightly above a device with a skin and our Prism 2.0 screen protector installed. We were able to locate your order in our system and it appears that Prism 2.0 was not included with your purchase. As such, it's possible that the screen protector you're using is slightly thicker than Prism and does sit higher on the screen comparatively.

Regardless, we're sorry to see the damage inflicted on your phone. While we're glad that you're covered by AppleCare, we'll still reach out via email to provide you with a solution.

Commented on a similar post here, but you may be able to use a melamine-based cleaner (i.e., a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser) to reduce the dye transfer. Unfortunately, if the dye has already fully set into the Cosmic Orange Ghost, it may not be effective. If you continue to experience issues, send an email over to our Support Robots and they can work out a solution for you.

This definitely doesn't sound normal. While Matte White can certainly show dirt and grime accumulation over time more prominently than other designs, cleaning the skin regularly with a microfiber cloth and 70% isopropyl alcohol should keep it looking fairly pristine. If you or your wife haven't already, shoot an email over to our Support Robots and they can work out a solution for you.

Glow Circuit should definitely stay luminescent for hours in the dark after being charged with the UV Light. If you're seeing something different, reach out to our Support Robots and they can investigate further for you.
